A timer that gets out of the way
Gesture controls, customisable intervals and ambient sounds you can shape — or leave off entirely and sit in silence.
A calm meditation timer, private journal and personal insight system for people who want a more personal practice — and none of the noise.

No guided courses. No content feed. No social comparison. Just a quiet structure for sitting, noticing, reflecting, and understanding your own patterns over time.
SelfMeditate is a clear expression of the Unathi Studios approach: human-centred design, aesthetic care, and respect for the person using the app. It is intentionally quiet — there is no streak pressure, no shallow gamification, and no engagement loop designed to maximise screen time.
Gesture controls, customisable intervals and ambient sounds you can shape — or leave off entirely and sit in silence.
Write, speak, draw or attach. Reflect on a session while it is fresh, in whatever form comes easiest.
Notice your own patterns over weeks and months. Insights describe; they never nag, score or compare.
No streaks, no guides, no feed, no social layer. Built for meaningful use, not maximum use.
SelfMeditate treats your reflections as sensitive. Journal entries, drawings, voice recordings and photos stay on your device — we do not store this personal content on our servers. Subscriptions are handled by the App Store; we never see your journal.
SelfMeditate is how we work when the brief is our own. We bring the same process to client products in any category: research first, design leading, and one team from drawing to code.
